Job Description:

A brand-new opportunity for an experienced Bid Designer & Coordinator to join a successful and growing construction business in South Tyneside. The role will provide key design and administrative support across the tender and bid process.

The Role
Responsibilities will include:

• Receiving, processing and tracking incoming tenders
• Managing tender and outcome tracking systems
• Maintaining tender portals and company information
• Supporting pre-qualification and selection questionnaires
• Formatting and quality checking bid submissions
• Maintaining the company Bid Library
• Using InDesign to create the bids for proposal
• Using PowerPoint to create presentations using existing case studies from the Bid Library

Experience Required

Applicants will ideally have worked in a similar role within construction and have examples of their work available.  However, applicants with strong InDesign and PowerPoint experience, including examples of their design work would also be considered.

• Substantial Adobe InDesign and PowerPoint experience
• Excellent written and administrative skills
• Exceptional attention to detail
• Strong organisation and time management
• Ability to manage a busy workload and meet deadlines
• Confidence communicating with stakeholders at all levels

Remuneration

£30,000 to £38,000 depending upon experience
