Job Description:

This permanent opportunity offers £60,000-£65,000 per annum and would suit someone with a strong Revit MEP background who has experience coordinating complex installations across large-scale projects.

You'll take responsibility for delivering 2D and 3D coordination milestones, working closely with package managers, site engineers and other disciplines to ensure Building Services installations are accurately coordinated.

A key part of your role will involve identifying and resolving clashes, producing technical information and ensuring work is delivered in accordance with the project BIM Execution Plan.

You'll also provide support to junior members of the team while contributing to the successful digital delivery of the wider project.

• Deliver 2D and 3D coordination milestones
• Manage and resolve clashes between disciplines
• Produce drawings, specifications and schedules
• Work in accordance with the BIM Execution Plan
• Coordinate complex MEP installations
• Liaise with package managers and site engineers
• Review models and identify potential coordination issues
• Provide technical support to junior team members
• Maintain accurate and coordinated project information

• 4+ years of relevant industry experience
• Strong Revit skills with an MEP bias
• Experience working across large-scale projects
• Good understanding of multidisciplinary coordination
• Navisworks experience is highly desirable
• AutoCAD knowledge would be beneficial
• Relevant degree in engineering or a related discipline
• Excellent organisation and time-management skills
• Strong communication and coordination abilities

This is a permanent position offering £60,000-£65,000 per annum, with the opportunity to work on a large and technically complex Building Services project.

You'll join an experienced BIM team, taking ownership of coordination deliverables while continuing to develop your technical and project experience.
