Contracts Manager – Civils & Groundworks

Location: Blyth / Cramlington, Northumberland
Rate: £400–£425 per day
Duration: Long-term project

Lonsite are looking for an experienced Contracts Manager with a strong background in construction, civils and groundworks.

Requirements:

• Previous Contracts Manager experience within civils / groundworks
• Experience managing multiple site teams and packages
• Strong commercial and programme awareness
• Confident liaising with clients, site management and subcontractors
• Excellent understanding of health & safety and site delivery
• Relevant CSCS / management qualifications
• Recent references
