Teaching Personnel is recruiting experienced Cover Supervisors for secondary schools across Sunderland, with work available immediately. What the role involves:

• Supervising classes across KS3 and KS4 and delivering pre-set work
• Managing classroom behaviour and maintaining high expectations
• Following school procedures and providing brief feedback to staff
• Adapting confidently to different schools and year groups

What we're looking for:

• Proven experience as a Cover Supervisor in a secondary school — essential
• Confident managing a classroom independently
• Reliable, professional, and adaptable
• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or willingness to obtain one
