MTrec Commercial are proudly representing our industry leading client on their search for an experienced Customer Service Administrator to join their team on a full-time basis. Please apply for an immediate response!

The Role you will be doing;

• Processing customer orders
• Deal with general queries and redirect to the appropriate department/colleagues where necessary
• Greet visitors
• Answer and direct incoming calls
• General administration tasks such as photocopying, filing and scanning
• Communicating with clients and associates as and when required
• Paperwork/goods flow internal and external
• Enter and extract data from PEPs
• Submitting prescriptive orders and arranging deliver/collection to patient
• Ensure patient confidentiality is maintained
• Support the CS team as and when necessary
• Follow up on progress of orders within Manufacturing

About You;

• Previous customer service and administration experience is essential
• Experience using Microsoft Office packages
• Strong communication skills
• Professional telephone manner
• Good organisational skills
