Job Title: KS1 Teacher

Location: Newcastle upon Tyne

Start Date: Immediate Start

Salary: £120 - £230 per day

TeacherActive is proud to be working with a mainstream primary school in Newcastle upon Tyne that provides a positive and supportive learning environment. The school benefits from strong SLT support and is committed to ensuring both pupils and staff are supported to succeed.

The school is looking to take on a KS1 Teacher on a long-term basis, teaching pupils across Key Stage 1 / KS1. The successful KS1 Teacher will be responsible for planning and delivering engaging lessons while demonstrating strong classroom management and supporting pupils to make progress.

The successful KS1 Teacher will have:

• QTS (ECTs are also welcomed to apply)
• Experience teaching within Key Stage 1 / KS1
• Strong knowledge of the Primary Curriculum
• Excellent classroom management
• Strong planning and teaching skills
• A positive and adaptable approach
