The successful candidate will oversee projects from inception through to completion, ensuring they are delivered safely, on time and within budget.

The Project Manager will take responsibility for the successful delivery of building projects, managing programmes, budgets, subcontractors and site teams. Key responsibilities will include coordinating project activities, monitoring progress, maintaining quality and health & safety standards, and ensuring effective communication with all stakeholders.

• Proven experience as a Project Manager within the building/construction sector.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, programmes and project delivery.
• Experience managing subcontractors, budgets and project teams.
• Excellent organisational and communication skills.
• A relevant construction qualification or industry-recognised certification is desirable.
