Job Type: Temporary Cover - 2 Days
Dates: 21st & 22nd September 2026
Hours: 8:30am - 5:00pm
Pay: £14.25 per hour

We are currently recruiting for a Cover Receptionist to support our client in Cramlington for two days.

This is a great opportunity for a reliable, organised and hardworking receptionist who is confident working in a fast-paced environment and providing a professional first point of contact for visitors and clients.

• Welcoming and signing in visitors
• Providing efficient administrative support to the wider team
• Identifying and responding to visitors' and clients' requirements
• Liaising with customers and clients both face-to-face and over the phone
• Supporting the wider administration team as required
• Managing the calendar and scheduling meetings
• Maintaining a clean, tidy and professional reception area

• Previous experience in a receptionist or similar administrative role
• Excellent organisational skills
• Reliable and punctual
• Professional and confident communication skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
