We are recruiting for an experienced Registered Manager to take responsibility for the day-to-day management and continued development of a domiciliary care branch in Newcastle.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a business that is growing quickly while maintaining a strong operational structure, giving you the support and resources needed to succeed in the role.

• Take overall responsibility for the management and performance of the branch
• Ensure the delivery of safe, high-quality and person-centred care
• Maintain full compliance with CQC regulations and relevant legislation
• Lead, support and develop the care and office teams
• Oversee recruitment, retention, training and staff performance
• Monitor care delivery, safeguarding, incidents, complaints and quality
• Build strong relationships with clients, families and external stakeholders
• Monitor branch KPIs and identify opportunities for improvement
• Support the continued growth of the branch and development of the service
• Work closely with senior management within a well-supported operational structure

• Previous experience as a Registered Manager within domiciliary care
• Strong knowledge of CQC requirements and adult social care legislation
• Proven leadership and people management experience
• Good understanding of quality assurance and compliance
• Commercial awareness and an understanding of how to grow a care service
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities
• Level 5 in Leadership & Management would be advantageous
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
