Residential Surveyor / Graduate Surveyor
£52,000 including car allowance + bonus | North East | Independent Practice

A growing independent surveying practice is looking to add to its residential surveying team, and they’re open to speaking with both experienced Surveyors and graduates looking to build a career in residential surveying.

The business is continuing to grow, with increasing demand across its residential department. For the right person, this is an opportunity to join a supportive team, receive training and develop your surveying career within an independent practice.

The role:

• Undertaking RICS Level 2 Home Surveys and Level 3 Building Surveys
• Producing clear, accurate and high-quality reports
• Developing relationships with clients and providing excellent customer service
• Building your knowledge and experience across residential surveying
• Opportunity to gain exposure to commercial surveying instructions
• Full training and support available for the right graduate / less experienced candidate

About you:

• RICS qualified, working towards qualification, or a relevant surveying degree
• Residential surveying experience would be beneficial, but isn't essential
• Strong attention to detail and report writing skills
• Good communication and client-facing skills
• Keen to learn and develop within a growing surveying practice
• A genuine interest in building a long-term career in surveying
