Retentions Advisor – £24,784.50 per annum plus Uncapped Commission!

The Role:

As a Retentions Advisor, you’ll be on the front line, speaking to customers who are thinking about leaving. Your job? Keep them on board.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Handle objections and turn “no” into “yes”
• Offer tailored solutions to meet customer needs
• Work at pace in a busy contact centre environment
• Hit targets and earn uncapped commission

Shift Pattern:

Monday, Tuesday and Thursday 9am-6pm

Wednesday 9am-7pm

Friday 9am-5pm

1 in every 3 Saturday 10am-2pm
