Job Description:

Job Title: Sales Advisor – 30 Hours
Location: Durham
Basic Salary: £13.45 per hour
Commission: OTE £200 - £300+ per month
Hours: 30 hours per week

Shift and Schedule: The store trades from 9:00 am–5:30 pm, Monday to Saturday, and is closed on Sundays. Saturday availability is essential.

What you’ll be doing:

• Welcoming customers and creating a friendly, professional in-store experience.
• Understanding customers’ needs and recommending the right products and services.
• Demonstrating the latest mobile technology, broadband packages and deals.
• Working towards individual and store sales targets and KPIs.
• Delivering outstanding customer service throughout the sales journey.
• Maintaining high standards of store presentation and stock availability.
• Working closely with the wider team to drive performance and share ideas.

What we’re looking for:

• Previous sales or customer service experience is preferred but not essential.
• A confident communicator who enjoys speaking with customers.
• A positive, proactive and target-driven attitude.
• Someone comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.
• An interest in technology and the latest mobile products.
• The ability to thrive in a busy, fast-paced retail environment.
• Flexibility to work Saturdays as part of the weekly rota.
