Sales Coordinator

We're looking for a Sales Coordinator who is professional, confident, and customer-focused, but also down-to-earth and able to build genuine relationships with customers and colleagues alike.

This is a fast-paced role where no two days are the same. You'll need to think on your feet, juggle changing priorities, investigate customer requirements, and find the right solutions quickly. If you're naturally curious, enjoy fact-finding, and have a knack for asking the right questions, we'd love to hear from you.

What you'll be doing:

• Acting as the first point of contact for customer enquiries.
• Fact-finding to fully understand customer requirements and recommend the right equipment solutions.
• Building relationships with customers at all levels, from site operatives through to senior decision-makers.
• Providing quotations, following up opportunities, and converting enquiries into sales.
• Working closely with procurement and logistics teams to ensure equipment is delivered on time.
• Maintaining accurate records and managing customer communications professionally.
• Delivering outstanding customer service.

• Professional, personable, and approachable.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage confidently with customers at all levels.
• Evidence on your CV of fact-finding, investigating customer needs, problem-solving, and reaching the right outcomes.
• Experience of managing customer enquiries and delivering excellent service.
• Resilient, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-moving environment.
• Someone who can balance professionalism with personality.

You'll fit in well if you know how to build rapport, enjoy a bit of banter, and can make customers feel valued. Sales, customer service, account management, coordination, or similar experience would be advantageous, but attitude and potential are just as important!
