Job Description:

Senior Civils Site Manager - Northumberland

Fawkes & Reece are currently recruiting for an experienced Senior Civils Site Manager to join an ongoing civils/infrastructure project in Northumberland.

This is a freelance opportunity for an experienced Site Manager with a strong background in civil engineering, groundworks and infrastructure.

The Role:

• Managing day-to-day site operations

• Supervising subcontractors and site teams

• Planning and coordinating civils and groundworks activities

• Ensuring works are delivered safely, on programme and to specification

• Managing RAMS, permits and site documentation

• Monitoring quality and progress

• Liaising with Project Managers, Contracts Managers and subcontractors

• Maintaining high standards of health & safety across site

• Providing regular progress updates to the project team

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Civils / Senior Civils Site Manager

• Strong civils, groundworks or infrastructure background

• SMSTS

• CSCS

• First Aid

• Strong knowledge of RAMS and health & safety

• Experience managing subcontractors and site teams

• Excellent communication and organisational skills

Location: Northumberland
Rate: £300-£340 per day DOE
Duration: Ongoing
