Job Description:

Freelance Site Supervisor required to start 28/09/2026, 4 month contract working as a Site Supervisor reporting to a Project Manager.

Working on a new build commercial project, which is at the stage of internal fitout. The role will involve overseeing trades and labour on site ensuring work is carried out on time and safely. 

Key Responsibilities include:

• Responsible for coordinating trades, supervising site teams, maintaining safety protocols, and ensuring smooth project delivery within specified timeframes
• Strong leadership skills, practical knowledge of finishing works, and a keen eye for detail to effectively manage on-site activities and uphold the company's reputation for excellence

Experience required:

• Proven experience as a manager overseeing similar packages of work
• An understanding of flooring materials and working methods
• Excellent leadership and communication skills to coordinate and motivate site teams.
• Essential certification required -
• Gold or Black CSCS, SMSTS or SSSTS and 1st aid at work

Remuneration:

• £260.00 per day (could be negotiable)
