Role: Agency Support Worker
Shift Pattern: Typically 08:00am–20:00pm, 08:00am-22:00PM, 14:30pm- 22:00pm
Pay: Competitive agency rates

We are currently recruiting Support Workers to join our agency team and support services across Peterhead- Aberdeen.

These are excellent opportunities for experienced Support Workers looking for flexible agency work, with regular shifts available across community-based services.

As a Support Worker, you will provide high-quality, person-centred support to individuals within community settings, helping them to maintain their independence, dignity and quality of life.

Typical shifts are 08:00am–20:00pm, providing the opportunity to secure regular daytime hours.

• Providing person-centred care and support to individuals within the community
• Supporting service users with daily living activities and maintaining their independence
• Following individual care and support plans
• Supporting individuals with appointments, activities and community engagement
• Maintaining accurate records and completing relevant documentation
• Working effectively alongside colleagues and other professionals
• Promoting dignity, choice, independence and safeguarding at all times

We are looking for reliable and compassionate Support Workers who are confident working within community-based services.

You should have:

• Previous experience working as a Support Worker, Healthcare Assistant or within a similar care environment
• A caring, patient and person-centred approach
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• The ability to work independently as well as part of a wider team
• A strong understanding of safeguarding and professional boundaries
• Flexibility and reliability when accepting shifts
