We're recruiting for a Will & Estate Planning Adviser to join an ambitious financial services business as it launches and develops a dedicated Estate Planning division.

This is a unique opportunity to work with an established client base, benefit from warm referrals, and play a key role in shaping a growing area of the business. You'll be supported by an experienced financial services team while building long-term client relationships and developing your own portfolio.

As a Will & Estate Planning Adviser, you'll provide guidance and support to clients across a range of estate planning matters, helping them protect their assets and plan effectively for the future.

Responsibilities will include:

• Advising clients on Wills, Trusts and Estate Planning solutions
• Supporting clients with Lasting Powers of Attorney (LPAs)
• Identifying inheritance tax planning opportunities
• Building long-term client relationships
• Conducting client consultations and fact-finds
• Generating business through referrals and existing client connections
• Working closely with Financial Advisers to deliver joined-up client solutions
• Maintaining accurate records and documentation
• Supporting the ongoing growth and development of the Estate Planning division
