As a Learning Support Assistant, you will:

• Support teaching and learning throughout the school day.
• Deliver one-to-one and small group interventions.
• Assist pupils with additional learning and emotional needs.
• Encourage positive behaviour and independence.
• Support children's social and emotional development.
• Build positive relationships with pupils, teachers and parents.
• Help create an engaging and inclusive classroom environment.
• Gain invaluable experience working alongside experienced education professionals.

• Holds a Psychology degree or related qualification.
• Is passionate about child development and education.
• Is patient, enthusiastic and approachable.
• Wants to gain meaningful experience before further study or teacher training.
